This recipe is loaded with potassium and magnesium from the bananas and it is low in fat.

Calories per piece: 160 kcal
Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 6 small bananas (ripe)
Steps:
- Heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit)
- Grease a pan 30 cm diameter with a very little amount of batter
- Mix ingredients with awhisk
- Add the batter to the pan
- Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes
- To check if it is doneinsert a toothpick in the cake, it should come out as clear and nothing
sticking to it
Small tip: if you have ripe bananas and you are not planning on using them right away, peel them and put them in the freezer.
